Okay so this feels weird being in my underwear on my second post! I've done this post to show you my weight loss journey so far with the C9 detox from the company, Forever Living. This is an amazing detox I must say, hard at times, but most definitely worth it.
For me I lost 9lb and 11.5 inches from everywhere in just 9 DAYS! I was shocked myself and a little sceptical at first and didn't think much about actually losing weight, I wanted to but first I needed to detox my body and get rid of all the crap in it!
I'll first tell you about what Forever Living are about. They are a company based on the plant aloe vera. They use this aloe vera gel in their products, however what makes them different is that they only use the inside of the plant, this is the most beneficial and efficient part of the plant. So, within this detox you had to drink quite a bit of aloe vera gel, I must say the taste is not so good. But, the benefits of it are wonderful. My hair and nails were a lot healthier and so was my skin! I don't have such bad skin a few spots now and again but this cleared up blemishes and tackled my dark circles (by the way thanks for those, mum).
The detox is not just drinking aloe vera gel don't worry there's a lot more to it than that. But after using this and more of their products I wanted to learn more about the business and that's when I joined in May! Don't regret it one bit and it's been such a learning curve and fun thing to do!
